Orders are accepted and are formed to 15:00, orders received after 15:00 are delivered the next day. (by local time in Kiev, Ukraine)

Orders "for today" are accepted until 15:00. Delivery is carried out in the morning when you pay before 15:00 the previous day.

All orders will be delivered during the day – from 9AM to 18 PM.

We carry out deliveries across Ukraine within 4 hours of your order payment.

Flower delivery is carried out only after payment is received.

    Please be sure to put the phone number of the recipient. We reserve the right to call recipients in advance to verify the address and agree the time of delivery. If we cannot contact the recipient, there is a possibility that the delivery will be rescheduled to the next day.

    Please note that in case of absence of the recipient at the specified address and at a specified time, after a 15 minute wait, the courier is authorized to transfer the order to reliable person (relative, neighbor, receptionist, porter et al., If the courier deems it possible!) If we couldn’t contact you for further information about the delivery and it wouldn’t be possible to pass the bouquet by someone else at the address – a bouquet will be returned by courier to the office to clarify the situation. Re-delivery of the order needs extra payment. If the customer refuses to re-delivery, price of the order will not be returned, as the company incurred expenses.

    We do not disclose information about the recipient upon delivery, as they are confidential.

    In case of failure of the recipient from flowers or presents , we dont return money and the order is considered to be satisfied.

  • Flowers replacement

    In case of lack of any flowers or items we contact the customer for approval of replacement. If it’s impossible to agree the change (no connection or big time difference) we reserve the right to make items change according to the same price and value.

    We reserve the right to replace the individual flowers on the equivalent value, without compromising the integrity of the composition.

    Photos of plush toys on the site are presented as an example. Delivered soft teddy bear will be identical in size and color, but it will be different from the product image on the site.


    We do not guarantee the photo from the time of delivery, since the recipient can refuse it.

    All photos taken during the delivery of bouquets can be used on the site sendflower.com.ua.


    It may happen that after registration of the order you decide to cancel it due to the circumstances. Please, inform us about it as soon as possible. Our manager will promptly cancel the order or make changes in it.You can cancel the order:- if it has not already been transferred to the florist and the bouquet was not made;- we did not buy any special flowers or gifts for you, you may cancel your order without costs.You can leave the payment of the order on your balance and use it in the future

    .If the delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address and it is impossible to find the recipient, we will contact you immediately.

    If you select in the menu of the site a certain city of delivery, but specify another city in the order, such orders are treated as orders with the wrong address. The costof delivery varies in different regions and this may affect the cost of your order.If the cost of delivery in the actual city of delivery is more than specified in the order, you will receive a link for additional payment. If it is less, we will refund you the difference to your balance .

    -General Information for All Orders
    -Orders must be placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday and before 11am Saturday for same day delivery.
    -Orders can be taken in advance and stored on our system until the required date.
    -An email confirmation will be sent out once the order is successful.
    -We do not pass on any personal details and the only information sent out to the recipient with the gift is the personal message card.
    -You are able to add delivery instructions to your order, but please bear in mind that these will be adhered to at the discretion of the delivery driver.
    -Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Crimea addresses, Donetsk-Lugansk Regions
    -When ordering please enter the full address and telephone number of the recipient.
    -We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed due to incorrect details.

    Deliveries sent to hospitals, schools, military and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution. We recommend that orders to such locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not a Saturday. If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards.
