  • Select your bouquet and the city you want to send it
  • Add to cart
  • Go to the payment step
  • Determine the date we can reach you after entering the e-mail address, recipient and post information. (Orders placed after 15.00 will be delivered one day later)
  • Read and confirm posting conditions
  • Select your payment method.
  • After the payment process, an e-mail containing the order information will be sent to your e-mail address.
  • Shortly after this e-mail is received, our customer representative will contact you by e-mail.
  • You can order as a guest user WITHOUT REGISTRATION
Pay attention to these points
2. CHOOSE BOUQUET AND PRODUCTS FROM RELATED CITY
  1. After selecting your bouquet, select the city on the product page that opens and add it to the basket.Do not forget to review the information about your bouquet and the stock status on the screen that opens.
  2. If you want to add another product, select the ‘Continue Shopping’ box, if you will not select another product, click the ‘Skip payment process’ box.
  3. Fill in the information on the screen that opens. Write the note you want us to add to your bouquet, in the blank space at the bottom.
  4. You can write the date you want to be sent (day-month) in this field. (If you do not specify a date, orders to be made until 15.00 are sent within the day, and orders to be made after 15.00 will be sent to the BUYER one day later at the BEST TIME.)
  5. Be sure to read the terms of service and confirm if you agree. After these transactions, select your payment option and click the ‘I Confirm Order’ box.
3. PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD
  • If you have chosen the credit card, the system will direct you to the 3D secure payment system of the Austrian Bank Raiffeisen bank if you have chosen econntecti or to the liqpay payment system of the Ukrainian bank Privatbank if you have chosen liqpay. Do not forget to enter your card information and phone number completely.
  • Make sure your card is open to international payments.
  • Make sure your card limits are open
4. ORDERS OUT OF CITY

OUT OF CITY ORDERS please contact our customer representative before ordering. For example: If you want to send it to a village or district in Odessa or Kiev region, please contact us for delivery terms (courier, etc.) before ordering.

  1. The system accepts Hryvnia (UAH) and Dollar currencies.
  2. Make sure the recipient’s address, telephone and other contact information are correct. (If you do not know the address, our courier will call the recipient and confirm the address. Make sure the phone is correct).
  3. Use a valid e-mail address so that we can notify you about order processes. We will reach you at this address. Toys, chocolates and balloons are shipped with flowers.
  4. In case the recipient cannot be reached; We will notify you via your e-mail address or your telephone number (Whatsapp). Please check the ‘Spam’ (junk post) section of your e-mail address. Our mails can get there.
  5. Courier fee is charged for deliveries to far away villages and districts. For this, you can contact our customer representative.
  6. Make your order from the relevant city. Orders are shipped according to the city selected r. Orders not made from the relevant city are not sent. No refunds. Money will be reserved for your next order.
  7. Orders are fulfilled after the payment is made.
  8. No refund will be made if the delivery is not made due to the recipient’s refusal to accept the bouquet or gift, the address and other contact information are not correct, and the recipient’s address is not available.Money will be reserved for your next order.
  9. If the city you want to send is not on our list, please contact us. We can send to some cities of Donetsk and Lugansk regions where the conflicts are taking place and to any city you want outside of Crimea.
  10. Before delivery of your bouquet, our courier will contact the recipient. Deliveries are based on the time period to be told by the buyer.
  11. Courier service is not available after 19:00 in the evening. Ask our customer representative for courier service.
